We develop some of the best software in the world. We are therefore looking for an extraordinarily gifted Customer Support specialist who feels as passionately about mobile applications as we do.

You pay attention to detail and accuracy, have problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Exposure to an international environment is a must. The ability to learn on the fly combined with a natural curiosity is highly appreciated as well. Very good English communication and writing skills, together with proficiency in MS Office complete the profile.

  • Promptly resolve customer questions, complaints, requests via e-mail.
  • Able to respond to customer inquiries in a polite, professional manner; provide solutions on time.
  • Perform a constant follow-up.
  • Efficient administration of customers’ accounts.
  • Provide customer support on different software applications.
  • Keeping a log of all actions taken in solving customers’ issues.
  • Make sure that all the technical problems reported by the customers are solved.
  • Offer suggestion to improve the services provided.
